· Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and common development methodologies

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

· Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical audiences

· Ability to create clear documentation, process flows, wireframes and other required artifacts

· Experience with requirements management and defect tracking tools
