About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled
Cutlist Maker / Pre-Production Engineer
with strong knowledge of modular interior production processes. The candidate will be responsible for converting design drawings into accurate production-ready cutlists and ensuring seamless coordination between design and manufacturing teams. This role demands precision, technical expertise, and strong understanding of modular systems and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare
  cutlists, BOMs (Bill of Materials)
  , and production files from 2D and 3D drawings.
• Work closely with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure
  accuracy and feasibility
  of production.
• Validate and optimize
  panel sizes, edge banding details, hardware requirements, and machining drawings.
• Manage and verify files for CNC, panel saw, and edge banding machines.
• Identify design or technical errors before production and suggest corrections.
• Coordinate with
  B2B partners, interior designers, and contractors
  for project clarifications.
• Ensure all pre-production deliverables are aligned with company standards and project timelines.
• Maintain and update material libraries, hardware details, and production documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of
  modular furniture manufacturing, materials (MDF, HDF, plywood, etc.), and hardware systems.
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Cutlist software
  (like Cabinet Vision, Polyboard, or similar).
• Understanding of
  CNC machining processes
  and production workflows.
• Ability to interpret
  architectural/interior drawings
  accurately.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for B2B project handling.
• Experience working in a
  factory or modular production environment
  preferred.
