Job Title: Sales Officer / Sales Manager – Prime LAP
Department: Retail Lending – Loan Against Property
Location: [Specify Location]
Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Source customers for Prime Loan Against Property products through direct and indirect channels.

  • Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other referral partners.

  • Understand and assess customer needs and provide suitable LAP solutions.

  • Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for end-to-end loan processing.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch performance.

  • Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and policy norms.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

  • Provide timely updates to reporting managers and CRM tools.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales service.

  • Conduct periodic market surveys to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience in LAP or mortgage sales.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in secured lending.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong relationship management and market intelligence.
