Job Description

To provide Maintenance support for AR&D labs analytical equipment's like Agilent HPLC, Waters HPLC& UPLC ,Agilent GC, Electrolab Dissolutions, UV & titrators.

· Responsible for breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, spares inventory to reduce the down time of equipment.

· Performing of preventive maintenance of analytical instruments in the lab as per schedules.

· Installations & shifting of Instruments by coordinating with lab managers and vendor engineers and installation of equipment

· Attending the breakdown calls and closing the same in minimum time

· Maintaining the required spares inventory to reduce down time of the instruments and responsible for maintaining average breakdown percentage should be less than 0.5%.

· Responsible for online SAP PM module documentation.

· Responsible for coordinating and interacting with lab scientists for smooth operation of instruments

Key Personal Attributes:

· Good knowledge on maintenance & troubleshooting skills of Analytical instruments & related software.

· Good knowledge on cGLP requirements.

· Operating Network

· Analysts, AR&D Team Members, Engineering Team Members, Instrument Vendors & Calibration service providers

Qualifications

Educational qualification:
BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation

Minimum work experience:
3-5 years of experience

Good knowledge on maintenance & troubleshooting skills of Analytical instruments & related software.

Good knowledge on cGLP requirements.
