Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Sales & BD Executive who can help us grow our client base and strengthen our market presence in industrial fabrication and project-based manufacturing.

This role involves both business development and client coordination — ideal for someone who understands engineering/fabrication work and is motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in power, process, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.
  • Generate and follow up on inquiries for fabrication, structures, and process equipment.
  • Support in preparing offers, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order status, inspection schedules, and dispatch updates.
  • Maintain records of client communication and project progress.

Desired Profile

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering OR Graduate with experience in technical sales.
  • 2–5 years of experience in fabrication / EPC / industrial product marketing preferred.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of fabrication drawings, BOQs, and project terms will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with ability to independently generate business leads.
