Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage communication, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, prepare offer letters and JD's.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and build Ugaoos presence as an employer of choice.

HR Operation:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy.

  • Support onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and induction.

  • Help with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.

  • Assist in HR reporting, data analysis, and compliance requirements.
  • Support employee engagement activities and communication initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners and Ops team.
