Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics/Reporting Consultant to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Advanced Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud) with proven success in building and managing complex HR reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analytics Development

  • Design, develop, and implement custom reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools.

  • Collaborate with HR & business teams to track key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, performance, compensation, and learning.

  • Manage regular and ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring data accuracy and providing business-aligned insights.

  • Analytics & Insights

  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify workforce trends, patterns, and insights for HR strategy (talent management, workforce planning, D&I).

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting systems for real-time data accessibility.

  • Custom Report Development

  • Build advanced composite reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

  • Utilize SuccessFactors reporting capabilities for metrics like time-to-hire, training completion, performance ratings, and compensation analysis.
  • Recommend optimal report structures, visualization formats, and best practices.
