Job Description

Role : SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Pune

Budget : 15-18 LPA

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner / 15 days

Must-Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Recruiting.
  • Proven expertise in Portlet creation, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in provisioning and system setup, including troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Rules framework and workflow automation.
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics (Table, Canvas, and Story reports).
  • Practical experience managing Integration Centre jobs and data flow with other HR systems (SAP HCM, Payroll, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Good-to-Have:

  • Exposure to multiple SuccessFactors modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation).
  • Understanding of SAP HCM and payroll integrations.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Extensions and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
