Job description:

  • Seeking dependable vendor or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.
  • Reviewing technical specifications for components, equipment, and services requirements.
  • Identification the vendor based on techno commercial evaluation and have them registered with the company.
  • Negotiation to obtain best prices and contracts.
  • Forecasting upcoming demand with the help of user.
  • Determining quantity & timing of deliveries.
  • Planning and organizing the tendering process to effective usage and optimise value for money.
  • Create and maintain procurement records and management information.
  • Monitor and review progress of contract.
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Issuance of purchase Order in accounting systems
  • Manage vendor database and create procurement management information reports.
  • Use the Enterprise Resources planning and computerized systems.
  • Seeking dependable vendor or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.
  • Handled the request for quote / tendering process for Renovation project/ Engineering and Administrative
  • Identification the vendor based on techno commercial evaluation, commercial discussions with vendors, prepare the bid comparison, vendor nomination and procurement justification.
  • Maintain the management information, procurement & outsourcing database.
  • Processing Contracts/agreement, purchase orders and work orders
  • Provisioning & Budgeting, forecasting upcoming demand with the help of user, determining quantity & timing of deliveries.
  • She/he must work closely with other internal stake holders in fulfilling supply & services requirements.
  • Planning and organizing the tendering process to effective usage and optimize value for money.
  • Monitor and review progress of contract.
  • Coordination with Finance and Treasury for vendor bill payment
  • Responsible for the compliance documentations
  • Responsible for the initiating and drafting contracts / agreements
  • Document filing & record management.
