5We are seeking a proactive and detailed - oriented Environmental Executive to support our Environmental Impact Assessment ( EIA) projects. The candidate will work closely with senior consultants and project teams to collect technical data, prepare EIA applications , and assist in documentation and presentations for State Expert Appraisal Committee ( SEAC ) meetings .
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Client Coordination : Interact with clients to collect project - specific technical and base line environmental data . Follow up for timely receipt of necessary documents and clarifications.
Data Collection & Analysis: Compile and validate data related to air, water, noise, soil and ecology. Assist in liaising with third-party labs and experts for environmental monitoring.
Documentation & Reporting: Support preparation of Form 1, Form 1A, PFR ( Pre-feasibility Reports), and draft EIA/EMP reports. Ensure that reports comply with MOEF&CC / SEIAA/ SEAC guidelines and TORR ( Terms of Reference ).
SEAC Presentation Support : Prepare Power Point presentation and summary documents for SEAC / SEIAA appraisals . Assist in responding to SEAC queries and updating documents based on review feedback.
Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated with latest EIA Notification amendments and guidelines . Support submission and follow - up for online applications via Parivesh portal .
