Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic
Paid Media & Sales Specialist
to join our team and work closely with
Coach Sujatha Kumari
, an International Public Speaking and Personality Development Coach.

This role is perfect for someone who is equally comfortable with
digital marketing (ads management)
and
sales (lead follow-up and closing)
. You will be responsible for running high-performing ad campaigns, generating quality leads, and converting them into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    and
    Google Ads
    campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for
    CPL (Cost per Lead)
    and
    ROI
    .
  • Handle inbound leads from campaigns—
    follow-up via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
    .
  • Qualify prospects, understand their requirements, and present suitable coaching/training solutions.
  • Maintain CRM records of all leads, prospects, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with the core team to refine messaging, offers, and landing pages for better conversions.
  • Provide weekly reports on ad performance, lead quality, and sales results.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads)
    with proven ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Strong
    sales and communication skills
    (comfortable with client calls, persuasion, and closing).
  • Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets reporting.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in
    coaching, training, education, or personal branding industries
    is a plus.
  • Ability to create ad creatives, write ad copy, or coordinate with designers when required.
