JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a detail-oriented Web Analytics Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in implementing and managing digital analytics solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics tracking using Adobe Launch or other tag management systems.
• Design and manage robust data layers using JavaScript and HTML to ensure accurate data collection.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and UX teams to define tracking requirements and ensure proper implementation.
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Analyze web performance data and generate actionable insights to support business goals.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues and discrepancies in data collection.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch/WebSDK (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and DOM manipulation for data layer implementation.
• Experience with tag management systems and debugging tools (e.g., Adobe Debugger, Charles Proxy, browser dev tools).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, user behavior tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target.
• Experience with other analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tealium, Ensighten).
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management tools.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's or Masters' is Computer Science/ IT or equivalent.
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target.

EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Analytics Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in implementing and managing digital analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Data Collection (Launch/Tags), along with strong proficiency in HTML and JavaScript for data layer design and implementation.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• 3 years of IT experience in Agile methodologies.
• Possess strong analytical and programing skills, attention to detail, good verbal, and written communication skills
