Anaqua is committed to 100% client satisfaction.Role Background : We seek a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Product Analytics Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a minimum of 5 years of experience with product analytical software. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record in creating comprehensive documentation and user guides for products.Key Responsibilities : - Utilize Analytical Tools to analyze product usage data, user behavior, and feature adoption- Generate insights and reports to support product management and development teams- Configure and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)Technical Expertise : - Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product features and functionalities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for related issues- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Product Analytics and related technologies.Documentation and User Guides : - Write and maintain comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and product documentation- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand- Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather information and feedbackQualifications : - Proven experience with Product Analytical tools- Strong technical writing skills with experience in creating user guides and documentation- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications : - Experience in a SaaS or software development environment- Familiarity with other analytics tools and platforms- Strong Project Management skills- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices- Experience in video creation to demonstrate product features, usage tips, and best practices using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar (ref:hirist.tech)
