Role Background :

We seek a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Product Analytics Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a minimum of 5 years of experience with product analytical software. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record in creating comprehensive documentation and user guides for products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize Analytical Tools to analyze product usage data, user behavior, and feature adoption

- Generate insights and reports to support product management and development teams

- Configure and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Technical Expertise :

- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product features and functionalities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for related issues

- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Product Analytics and related technologies.

Documentation and User Guides :

- Write and maintain comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and product documentation

- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather information and feedback

Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Product Analytical tools

- Strong technical writing skills with experience in creating user guides and documentation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in a SaaS or software development environment

- Familiarity with other analytics tools and platforms

- Strong Project Management skills

- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices

- Experience in video creation to demonstrate product features, usage tips, and best practices using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar
