The role will focus on driving product adoption, identifying customer pain points, supporting sales enablement, and contributing to the development of commercialization strategies. The individual will work closely with regional ACS teams and the Global Product Management team to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with ACS teams to support product commercialisation efforts and drive customer engagementAssist in identifying short-term and long-term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on customer feedback and market trendsSupport internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go-to-market effortsContribute to pricing strategy discussions and help quantify product value for customersMonitor product adoption and usage metrics, and support initiatives to improve customer engagementAssist in developing KPIs and tools to track commercialization successContribute to the creation of region-specific commercial constructs and go-to-market strategiesDevelop customer value narratives and case studies to support sales conversationsPartner with regional teams to create and deliver sales training materialsBuild strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to support commercialization goalsAll About You2+ years of product management experience with a focus on go-to-market, pricing, and commercialisation in technology or data-driven solutions; experience in payments or financial services is preferredStrong customer orientation and commercial acumenExposure to API and AI-based product commercialization is a plusAbility to support strategic product initiatives and contribute to business transformationAnalytical mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and supporting sales effortsUnderstanding of competitive landscape and industry trendsExperience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple prioritiesBachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plusPrior experience in strategy consulting or product commercialization is beneficialStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholdersCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
