About Us:
We are a growing group of business hotels and restaurants with established properties in Bangalore, Chennai, and Trichy. Our new premium hotel on Bannerghatta Road is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with elegance, efficiency, and warmth.
Role Overview:
The Duty Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel during their shift. Acting as the face of the property, you will manage guest interactions, coordinate operations across departments, and uphold service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations and guest services during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and resolve guest issues promptly
- Liaise with all departments to ensure operational consistency and high standards
- Monitor property cleanliness, staff conduct, and service quality
- Handle guest complaints, emergency situations, and special requests
- Prepare shift reports and escalate any major incidents to senior management
- Manage VIP arrivals and ensure personalized guest attention
- Support the front office team during peak hours
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations or front office management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and guest-handling abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
