Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) based in New Delhi. The TSM will be responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned territory, including building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, collaboration with the marketing team, and providing excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets
- Market research and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the solar, IT, or manpower supply industries is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory as needed
