Job Description – Business Growth Associate
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to work closely with the co-founders in driving business growth
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, user-generated content (UGC), and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & Acquire Clients: Research and approach potential clients, brands, and agencies that align with our services (social media, UGC, marketing solutions).
- Pitch & Present: Create and deliver impactful presentations/pitches to showcase our offerings and close deals.
- Build Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with clients, influencers, and collaborators to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Creator Network Development: Build and maintain a database of small creators, influencers, and content partners to leverage for UGC campaigns.
- Collaboration with Founders: Work closely with the co-founders to align BD strategies with overall business goals.
- Revenue Growth: Meet business targets by successfully converting leads into clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure successful closure of deals.

- Good understanding of social media platforms and how UGC works.
- Ability to build relationships with creators and clients alike.
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a startup/fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
