Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations & Data Analyst to support our sales and business development teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales operations, streamlining processes, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Operations:

  • Support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflow execution.
  • Manage client databases, sales documentation, and follow-up systems.
  • Track and report sales pipeline progress and ensure data accuracy in CRM tools.
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and help achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales and performance data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to evaluate trends, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements through data-driven insights.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance summaries to management.
  • Support business forecasting and strategy development through analytical models.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or business analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
