Job Description:

1) Managing   Accounting in ERP Environment, exposure in Accounts Payable , General Ledger and TDS modules

2) Booking of transactions & issue of cheques to s/ creditors & passing of journal entries .

3) Reconciliation of Creditors accounts & Bank Accounts.

4) Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheets & Consolidations.

5) Closing  of books of accounts.

6) Experience in the field of MIS accounts .

7) Knowledge of  Service Tax.

8) Control & deposit of TDS   , TDS returns  form 26Q & 27EQ & other day to day jobs.

9) Handling tour expenses accounting .

10) Knowledge of ESS Travel ,Payroll Accounting.

11) Knowledge of  Budgeting accounting & analysis.

12) Sales V/S expenses comparison with percentage .

13) Review of accounts through system.

14) Coordinating  in conducting audits.

15) Supervising of  total accounting operations.

16) Supervising , guiding and training the sub-ordinates in all accounting & reconciliation matter.

17) Preparation of monthly contribution ,profit & loss accounts with analysis.

18) Reconciliation of debtors and creditors also resolving the issues if any. Reconciliation of 26 AS with book.

19) Knowledge of branch accounting

20) Handling of Income tax  cases. Computation of  income tax of Company.

21)Handling import payments of service and goods.

22) Transfer pricing  certification.

23) Registration under GST and day to day work on it.

24) Working knowledge of E-assessment.

25) Working knowledge of  Deferred tax calculation.



Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidataes Must be M.com with 8-10 Year Exeprience in Accounts and taxation

with Good Looking Personalty and Good Communication skill

Good Knowledge of ERP
