Looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Sourcing Consultant to support the implementation/enhancement projects. The role requires deep functional knowledge of Oracle Sourcing, iSupplier Portal, Purchasing especially to deal with custom extensions development and integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience of working in complex Oracle EBS environments and collaborating with technical teams to deliver scalable sourcing solutions,including tailored iSupplier Portal enhancements to meet business-specific procurement and supplier collaboration needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements related to sourcing, isupplier collaboration and procurements modules.
  • Able to handle functional analysis, design, configuration and deployment for Oracle Sourcing and iSupplier module enhancements.
  • Design and implement custom extensions for Oracle iSupplier Portal, ensuring alignment with sourcing and procurement business processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define and test customizations, personalization, and workflows.
  • Provide functional support across Oracle Sourcing, iSupplier Portal, Purchasing, and related modules.
  • Develop functional design documents (MD50), test scripts, and training materials.
  • Support Gap Analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT) defect triage, and resolution during enhancement rollout.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other Oracle EBS modules and external supplier systems where applicable.
  • Train business key users and provide post-go-live hypercare support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of Oracle EBS functional experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Sourcing and iSupplier Portal implementation/enhancement projects.
  • Proven track record in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Sourcing implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Sourcing events, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, auctions, supplier negotiations and Oracle iSupplier workflows.
  • Experience with custom extension projects in iSupplier Portal, including UI personalizations and business logic customizations.
  • Strong understanding of the Oracle Procurement Suite (Purchasing, iProcurement, Procurement Contracts).
  • Perform application setups, unit testing, system testing, UAT support and go-live activities.
  • Ability to create and manage functional documents (BR100, MD50, TE20), and collaborate on technical designs (MD70).
  • Experience working with Oracle EBS R12.2.x environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data migration, conversions, and integrations to other ERP or third-party systems.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical developers for custom solutions by familiarity with Oracle AIM or OUM methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Certification in Procurement /Sourcing is an added advantage.
  • knowledge with Oracle Cloud Procurement/Sourcing (nice to have).
  • Experience in supplier onboarding and custom supplier registration flows.
  • Familiarity with workflow customizations (AME) and supplier notifications.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration tools (OAF, Web ADI, BI Publisher, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience working in client business with complex supplier ecosystems (Public sector/Airlines).
