Experience:

2–7 years in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing

Job Purpose

To analyse, control, and optimize costs by implementing effective costing systems, supporting management decision-making, and improving operational efficiency.

Costing & Analysis

· Prepare product-wise, cost sheets

· Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs; identify variances and root causes

· Monitor standard costing and conduct variance analysis

· Support pricing decisions, margin analysis, and profitability studies

Coordination & Process Improvement

· Liaise with production, procurement, engineering, and finance teams

· Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

· Support implementation of best costing practices

Qualifications

  • Cost & Management Accountant (CMA – ICMAI) / Inter CMA/B Com with practical experience

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP Hana
  • Exposure to manufacturing or project costing

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and CAS
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines

  • Accuracy and timeliness of cost reports
  • Variance analysis and actionable insights
  • Cost savings and efficiency improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
