Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager with a focus on academic affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve enrollment and branding goals.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Setting clear objectives for marketing campaigns.
  • Building and maintaining the institution's brand image.
  • Ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Managing public relations to promote the institution's achievements and milestones.
  • Working closely with academic, administrative, and admissions teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Supporting internal events, campaigns, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Atleast 2 years of experience inn educational field
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
