Role and Responsibilities:
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, product managers, and development teams. Define product features and enhancements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed product roadmaps, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for product development and launch.
  • Facilitate the coordination of tasks and activities related to product development to ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams in order to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that the developed products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Communicate product updates, developments, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior management.
  • Provide support to the product management team and foster a collaborative work environment conducive to innovation and creativity.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
  • Prior relevant experience in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector would be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving goals and objectives.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation and data analytics skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
