Accounts Executive

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and other relevant accounting regulations.

Financial Reporting:

• Preparing financial statements such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide insights to management.

Taxation:

• Preparing and filing income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Advising on tax planning and optimization strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with GST (Goods and Services Tax) and other applicable taxes.

Auditing:

• Conducting internal audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitoring actual performance against budgets and identifying variances.

Other Important Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections.

Payroll Processing:

Calculating and processing employee salaries and wages, including deductions and taxes.

Financial Software:

Proficiency in using accounting software like Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, or SAP.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws in India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480, ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chhattarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
