The role?
As Content Marketing Manager on our Marketing team, you'll own Aarki's content engine—from strategy and ideation to SEO and GEO research, writing, editing, and performance tracking. You'll be equally comfortable diving into keyword data, writing sharp and engaging copy, and ensuring our content is technically optimized for search. You'll work closely with growth, product marketing, and design to ensure our stories reach the right audience, in the right format, at the right time.
What will you do?
- Content Strategy: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with marketing priorities, SEO goals, and campaign launches.
- SEO-Driven Top-of-Funnel Content: Plan, write, and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and resource content designed to rank for high-value keywords and drive qualified organic traffic. Ensure all assets are technically optimized for search and reflect Aarki's brand voice.
- Long-Form & Funnel-Driving Content: Develop mid and bottom-funnel content including whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, one-pagers, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership articles. Collaborate with product, sales, and design to create assets for and other knowledge-sharing channels that educate prospects and support conversion.
- Keyword & SERP Analysis: Conduct ongoing keyword research and competitor content audits to uncover new ranking opportunities.
- Content Distribution: Collaborate with the growth team to amplify content via email, social, and paid channels.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and engagement metrics; adjust content strategy based on results.
- Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure all content reflects Aarki's tone, positioning, and visual identity.
- PR & Media Outreach: Manage press releases and coordinate with external media partners to secure coverage that supports Aarki's brand positioning.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with design, product, and sales to develop case studies, one-pagers, and thought leadership assets.
- Process Improvement: Introduce tools and workflows to scale content creation and measurement.
What are we looking for?
- 4–6 years in content marketing, with a strong portfolio of SEO-optimized content.
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic through content.
- Expertise in keyword research tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and complexity for different audiences.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO reporting dashboards.
- Good understanding of AI content and SEO tools, and ability to use them strategically to speed up research, ideation, and production while maintaining originality and quality.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in adtech, martech, or B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with HTML basics and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
- Knowledge of on-page technical SEO best practices.
