Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes specific to LED TV repair and refurbishing
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for product quality issues
  • Inspect and evaluate refurbished LED TVs to ensure they meet internal and customer standards
  • Create and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, SOPs, and audit records
  • Train and guide technicians and junior quality staff on quality standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with the operations and repair teams to resolve quality issues in real-time
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control/assurance within the LED TV or electronics service industry

· Strong understanding of LED TV components, repair procedures, and common failure modes

· Proficient in quality tools such as RCA, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, etc.

· Experience with ISO standards and quality audits is a plus

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication and leadership abilities
