Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cost Estimator located in Noida. The Senior Cost Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing project requirements, coordinating with project managers and engineers, and developing budgeting and cost control strategies. Daily tasks include cost management, project estimation, and monitoring expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, products, and bids.
  • Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to ensure profitability.
  • Work with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to gather cost data.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to assess cost implications.
  • Monitor and update cost databases, benchmarks, and historical records.
  • Identify risks, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Present cost estimates and reports to management for decision-making.
  • Support contract negotiations with cost analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Cost Estimator, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation tools, methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and cost estimation software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
