Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our team. This person will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and consistency of our products, as well as supporting new product development and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and improve coffee blends and related products(like Cocoa,Tea)
  • Ensure all products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Perform hourly checks for decided parameters such as EC (Electrical Conductivity), TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), pH, and temperature during production
  • Work closely with production and packaging teams to maintain consistency
  • Conduct shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations
  • Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality and compliance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications and testing
  • Setup a new Internal lab
  • Support R&D efforts for new coffee products and innovations
  • Monitor Production Planning
