Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing SAP professionals across various modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP technologies and a proven track record in recruiting for SAP implementation, support, and upgrade projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit qualified SAP candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, HANA, BASIS, SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand role requirements, project timelines, and technical expectations.
  • Utilize job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.), internal databases, social media, and networking to identify and attract talent.
  • Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and fit for the project.
  • Coordinate technical interviews, feedback loops, and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and provide regular status reports.
  • Negotiate salary/rates and close offers with candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and build a strong bench of SAP professionals.
  • Keep up to date with SAP market trends and candidate availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on SAP roles.
  • Solid understanding of SAP modules and terminology.
  • Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
