Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality systems and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with quality control software and tools is an asset.
