An idea candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with experience of delivering projects of all scales. An ideal candidate must have excellent project management skills, a good understanding of the solar energy sector and a proven track record in delivering successful projects.

The role will report into Head of Project Execution

Work Location: Maharashtra

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the strategies for project management plan & activities centered on HSE, quality, operability, schedule and costs via project management skills, engineering practices, technology, digital & data application to deliver project objective and stakeholder expectation
  • Lead project execution of all projects as per the approved project plan
  • Manage project risks by continuously identifying risk events and evaluate/propose appropriate mitigation to safeguard stakeholder's expectation
  • Lead stakeholder management including statutory bodies/authorities to ensure project has required permits, and approvals before handover of the project
  • Develop mechanism to develop and monitor the performance of channel partners on small scale project execution with defined standards of safety, quality, cost, time and compliance.
  • Ensure training, development and certification of channel partners and their project teams
  • Strategize and execute audit program for channel partners
  • Monitor & maintain project progress through various project management tools. Develop relevant MIS for clients and leadership reviews.
  • Hire and develop the project execution team as per the business plan

Required qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as project execution of solar or renewable energy projects.
  • Proven experience as Project Execution in leadership level having handled multiple projects simultaneously of different scale
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management tools, solar industry and compliance.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant Engineering degree
