We're Hiring | Junior Graphic Design

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Z Guard is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our Brand & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact visual communication across digital and offline platforms, helping shape a brand that stands for protection, care, and innovation.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will play a key role in executing creative assets for social media, performance marketing, product campaigns, internal communication, and more. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Content Creation: Design engaging creatives for social media, digital ads, emailers, presentations, and landing pages.
  • Marketing Collateral: Support the creation of brochures, banners, posters, event assets, and other brand materials.
  • Motion Design (Bonus): Assist in editing short videos or reels using motion graphics or templates (if applicable).
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure visual outputs are aligned with Z Guard's brand identity in terms of tone, color, typography, and messaging.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
  • Feedback Integration: Iterate efficiently based on feedback and deliver high-quality design outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is mandatory.
  • Creative Skills: Strong aesthetic sense, with a solid grasp of composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Communication: Ability to understand briefs and articulate design rationale.
  • Team Orientation: Willingness to collaborate, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) will be an added advantage.
