
Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales / Business Development Executive to drive the sales of our IoT devices and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IoT products, be comfortable with field sales, and be willing to conduct on-site product demonstrations. This role requires building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales growth through direct engagement and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for IoT devices and solutions.
- Conduct on-site client visits, presentations, and live product demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable IoT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives.
- Stay updated with IoT industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare weekly reports.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IoT, electronics, telecom, or technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IoT products/solutions is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage client relationships independently.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field sales and site visits for product demos.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹29,007.32 per month
