  • Skills and Competencies; 12+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a team leading role in talent acquisition.

  • Should be a go-getter, who has an ability to drive strategic talent acquisition goals for the Organization in a fast paced, complex environment.
  • Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the V. organization.

  • Roles Responsibilities : The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Spearhead the recruitment process by swiftly identifying areas for improvement and implementing industry best practices, resulting in the establishment of a world-class Global Talent Acquisition process.

  • Lead, coach and empower a team of Talent Acquisition Leads who specialize in hiring for GHRSS sub verticals HRIS/TAGS/Ops and provide end to end recruitment support to the UK ,US,APAC business.
  • Plan and strategize hiring needs.
  • Develop drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • This includes defining the talent acquisition roadmap, identifying talent needs, and designing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Creating a robust Talent Acquisition engine with an aim to bring forth recruitment efficiency.
