Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TA (Talent Acquisition) Intern located in Bengaluru. The TA Intern will assist with various tasks including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases for mostly Technical Hirings.

Qualifications

  • Sourcing, Interview scheduling, Candidate database management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and recruitment tools (ATS)
  • Ability to produce recruitment reports and analytics
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Relevant coursework or experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is beneficial
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
