Business Analyst – Healthcare Domain

Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with Healthcare domain expertise who also has hands-on experience as a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and product owners to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure smooth Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements within the Healthcare domain.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the product backlog management and prioritize requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with QA, Development, and Product teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and data privacy.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance (HIPAA/HL7/FHIR preferred).
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹800, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
