Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Srinagar for a Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and leading marketing campaigns aligned with the company's mission. Key responsibilities include overseeing market planning, managing public relations, driving sales initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to build the Xogul brand. This role also involves engaging with stakeholders to promote sustainable tourism practices and foster strong community relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or related industries is mandatory
  • Proven expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to strategize and implement impactful marketing initiatives
  • Strong skills in Market Research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
  • Experience in Sales and Public Relations to build brand awareness and manage key stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams to achieve set goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
