Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).
  • Gather requirements, prepare functional documents, and provide gap analysis.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for development and customization.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
  • Test and validate new features, workflows, and module integrations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards as per business needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay updated with new Odoo releases and functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and workflow.
  • Understanding of business processes in domains such as sales, purchase, inventory, and accounting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Odoo certification or experience with / Odoo Enterprise.
  • Basic understanding of Python and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with data migration and module testing.
