Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our fast-growing Microsoft practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions that meet business needs, integrating Power Apps, Power Pages, and Azure components to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in all stages of the Dynamics 365 CE implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-launch support.
  • Design, configure, and customize D365 CE / CRM applications and components.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and JavaScript customizations.
  • Build and maintain Power Pages (Portals) and Power Apps to extend D365 capabilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
  • Work on data migrations, integrations, and reporting using Power BI or SSRS.
  • Create and maintain technical design documents, user guides, and deployment plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM customization and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform Power Pages (Portals), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in UI/web development HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
  • Experience with data migration, reporting, and integration between systems.
  • Solid understanding of CRM architecture, security, and deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD for D365 environments.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SSRS, or Dataverse (CDS).
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central modules.
  • Microsoft Certifications such as PL-200, MB-210, MB-600.
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications preferred.
