Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Pharma OTC Training Specialist. The responsibilities will include designing and delivering training programs specific to Pharmaceutical Over-The-Counter (OTC) products to ensure enhanced employee knowledge and customer engagement. Tasks involve conducting performance assessments, creating effective instructional materials, and offering exceptional support to staff for skill improvement. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop and refine training strategies and materials. Compliance with training standards and fostering an engaging learning environment are central to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design to create and deliver impactful educational content
  • Proven ability to assess employee needs and align training programs to organizational goals
  • A proactive mindset and adaptability to evolving training requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred
  • Understanding of Pharmaceutical OTC products and their application is an advantage
