Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager – Pharma OTC located in Bengaluru. The Training Manager will oversee and implement comprehensive training programs for teams in the OTC pharmaceutical segment. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training modules, evaluating staff performance, identifying learning gaps, and ensuring product knowledge dissemination. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals, build strategies to enhance employee effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs and employee development strategies
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and the OTC industry
  • Abilities in assessing team performance, identifying training needs, and providing constructive feedback
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in leadership and team management to guide diverse teams effectively
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to improve training effectiveness
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Business Management, or Human Resources)
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain is a strong advantage
