Role & responsibilities
- BE Mechanical with experience in Sheet-Metal fabrication Industry is preferred. MBA in Marketing is added advantage.
- Exposure in dealing with international market of USA, Europe, Middle East, South East Asia regions is mandatory.
- Experience in overall execution of projects and management of commercial operations and to execute project activities in stipulated time frame.
- Aggressive and dynamic with honed problem solving and analytical skill with decision making abilities.
- Ensure business growth by generating new customers and network development.
- Finalize the best competitive rates by preparing a cost estimation sheet along with Management final approval.
- Develop long term business strategies, to improve the overall market share.
- Maintain record on customer opinions, feedbacks, complaints and grievances.
- Communicate the customers opinions, feedbacks, complaints and grievances to all concerned plant functions, for the corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze and identify the preventive actions related to lost orders.
- Scrutinize all customer enquires & accordingly submit a pre-order contract review.
- Organize and conduct post order contract review by duly scrutinizing the customer purchase order & thereafter confirming order acknowledgement.
- Identify, document & notify to all concerned plant functions before addressing customer complaints pertaining to: Short supplies, Damage during transit, Product non conformity during use
- Analyze each customer complaint and take corrective and preventive action.
- Ensure safe delivery of products to the customer by scrutinizing truck/container loading plans.
- Issue & authorize material dispatch clearance certificate only after ensuring the completion of all mfg. activities as per quality assurance documented procedures.
