Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement social media marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Collaboration: Work with other marketing team members to coordinate campaigns and ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field, typically requiring 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
