Experience Requirement

  • Minimum
    3 years of hands-on experience
  • Product-based brand experience preferred
    (Furniture, Interiors, Retail, Consumer Products)

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Timings:
    11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Weekly Off:
    Roster-based
  • Salary:
    ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
  • Incentives:
    Performance-linked growth incentives

Role Overview

We are hiring a
Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive
to manage
end-to-end social media execution
for our furniture product range, including
chairs, tables, sofas, office furniture, and café furniture
.

This is a
hands-on execution role
, not a strategy-only or influencer profile. The candidate will independently manage
content creation, posting, paid promotions, performance tracking, and reporting
, while coordinating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create
    product-focused social media content
    (posts, reels, carousels)
  • Manage
    daily posting
    on
    Instagram and Facebook
    (LinkedIn exposure is an advantage)
  • Plan and execute
    boosted posts and paid campaigns
    using
    Meta Ads Manager
  • Prepare and manage monthly content calendars
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs
  • Handle basic customer DMs and inquiries
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams
    for campaigns and product updates
  • Track performance metrics and prepare
    basic reports using Microsoft Excel

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience managing
    social media for product-based brands
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram & Facebook Ads
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva
    (mandatory)
  • Basic video editing using
    InShot / CapCut
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    for reporting
  • Good communication skills in
    English and Hindi
  • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and internet savvy mindset
  • Own laptop is mandatory
  • Experience managing brand social media pages is compulsory
