Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated
Social Media Executive
who can manage, grow, and optimize our online presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling social media for
IT service-based companies
or related industries.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop creative content for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns
  • Write engaging captions suitable for global audiences
  • Plan monthly social media calendars and publishing schedules
  • Work closely with designers to produce brand-aligned creatives

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Maintain consistency in posting and brand voice
  • Monitor page activity, respond to comments, and engage with the audience

3. Organic & Paid Growth

  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Increase organic reach through trend-based content and engagement strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize results

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement, leads, CTR, etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans
  • Study competitor activity and keep up with the latest industry trends

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the marketing, design, and sales teams
  • Support lead-generation campaigns through social media funnels
  • Collaborate on brand-building initiatives and marketing projects

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive in IT or relevant industries
  • Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, websites, mobile apps, and similar domains
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager
  • Creativity, trend awareness, and the ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
