Work Hours & Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Role Overview:

The Graphics, Motion Graphics & Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually engaging

content, motion graphics, and videos tailored for social media platforms. This role involves

conceptualizing, designing, and editing creative assets that align with our marketing objectives. The

ideal candidate has a passion for design, storytelling, and staying up-to-date with trends in digital

content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphics Design

Create high-quality graphics, infographics, and illustrations for social media posts, ads, and stories.

Design banners, posters, and other promotional materials for campaigns and events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize visuals that align with brand guidelines.

2. Motion Graphics

Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for social media platforms such as Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Add animated elements to videos, including intros, outros, and transitions.

Create dynamic visual effects to enhance video content.

1. Video Editing

Edit raw video footage into polished, professional content suitable for social media and marketing

campaigns.

Add text overlays, music, and voiceovers to create compelling videos.

Maintain a consistent visual style across all videos while ensuring alignment with the brand tone.

1. Content Optimization

Adapt graphics and videos for multiple platforms, ensuring they meet resolution and aspect ratio

requirements.

Ensure all content is optimized for performance on platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,

and TikTok.

1. Trend Awareness

Stay updated on the latest design, animation, and video trends, especially in the context of social

media.

Incorporate trending styles and techniques to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

1. Collaboration & Feedback

Work closely with the social media team to brainstorm creative ideas and execute campaigns.

Revise designs and videos based on feedback while adhering to deadlines.

Coordinate with external stakeholders (e.g., voiceover artists, photographers) when needed.

1. Asset Management

Organize and maintain a library of design files, project assets, and templates for future use.

Ensure all deliverables are backed up and easily accessible for the team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field (preferred).

2–4 years of experience in graphics design, motion graphics, and video editing, with a focus on social

media content.

Design & Editing Software Proficiency

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Experience with additional tools like Final Cut Pro, Canva, or 3D animation software (optional).

Familiarity with video optimization for social media platforms.

Creative & Storytelling Skills

Strong ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling stories.

Attention to detail, color grading, and typography.

Technical Knowledge

Understanding of video and animation formats, resolutions, and compression techniques.

Knowledge of platform-specific requirements for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and

YouTube.
