**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a polished final product suitable for broadcasting and digital marketing purposes.
- Design and animate motion graphics for promotional and educational video content.
- Organize and manage both raw and edited video files.
- Collaborate on creating videos and digital assets for educational institutions, focusing on attracting and engaging students.
- Explore various versions and creative directions for video and motion graphic content.
- Adjust video formats, file sizes, and optimize for different platforms (social media, websites, etc.).
- Incorporate images, graphics, sound effects, voiceovers, and music into videos as needed.
- Manipulate and edit video in a seamless way, with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and targets the right audience for educational institutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of video editing and motion graphic design experience, preferably with a background in digital marketing and educational content.
- Proficient in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and other video and motion graphic design software.
- Experience in creating motion graphics and animations for educational institutions or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, video editing principles, and best practices for video content marketing.
- Highly creative and innovative with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in creating promotional content for educational institutions.
- Knowledge of SEO for video content and how it applies to digital marketing.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers and designers.

**Familiarity with other relevant editing and animation tools is a plus**
