**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team leads, content team and clients to conceptualise and develop 3D motion graphics that communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions.
- Utilize industry-leading software, such as Maya, Blender, and Adobe After Effects, to create stunning 3D animations, visual effects, and motion graphics.
- Design and animate dynamic 3D elements, characters, environments, and special effects for use in videos, commercials, social media content, and interactive experiences.
- Incorporate sound design, music, and voiceover to enhance the impact and immersion of motion graphic projects.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects, and share knowledge with the team.
- Collaborate closely with video editors, producers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of 3D graphics into video projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines with creativity and precision.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Diploma/Bachelors or Masters Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in 3D animation, motion graphics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, Maya, Blender, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D motion graphic projects, with an emphasis on creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, storytelling techniques, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
