We are seeking a creative and talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content. Your work will play a key role in enhancing our brand identity and storytelling through dynamic visuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations that align with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Edit and enhance video content, integrating graphics, typography, and audio.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design and animation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all motion graphic deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphic design work is required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
- Knowledge of video production processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with current design trends and best practices in digital media.
