**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop motion graphics concepts and storyboards for various projects.
- **Design & Animation**: Create compelling motion graphics and animations using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools.
- **Project Management**: Lead motion graphic projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are on time, on brand, and meet the highest quality standards.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior motion graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the video production team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all media.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation, and implement them in projects to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
- **Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve designs.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and maintain a library of motion graphic assets for easy access and re-use.
- **Quality Control**: Review and approve final outputs, ensuring they meet technical and creative standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in motion graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for web and broadcast.

**Creative Skills**:

- Exceptional design and animation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong storytelling abilities and a deep understanding of visual communication.
- Ability to create and refine complex animations and visual effects.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an agency or in-house creative team.
- Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with interactive design.
- Experience with motion capture and integrating live-action footage with animation.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
- The role typically involves working in an office environment, but may also include remote work opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,456.25 - ₹35,288.07 per month
